Jan-Flemming

Jan-Flemming is a graphic designer and painter from Copenhagen, Denmark. He studied at the former Art Academy’s Preparatory School of Draughtsmanship and the School of Arts, Crafts and Design, Copenhagen (presently known as KADK). Following his graduation, Jan-Flemming began exploring several disciplines within visual arts, ranging from graphic design to abstract painting, which started a relationship that he would engage with throughout his career as an artist. Today, these diverse modes of expression serve as backdrops for his current collection titled ‘Mingle,’ a reference to how colours and shapes intertwine.

“The universe, within which the ‘Mingle’ collection operates, is playful and experimental by nature. The dynamic interplay between the sculptural motifs and the juxtaposing colours makes for an atmospheric collection of works, any of which, will make a profound contribution to the space they inhabit.”
