Dalnury

Dalnury is a freelance illustrator based in Seoul, South Korea. She enjoys exploring the nature of human expression and habits and can be found doodling everywhere she can put pen to paper.

She has created illustrations for children’s books, murals, web pages and magazines. Her work has ranged from tiny illustrations to murals spanning up to nine meters.

“In my paintings, I always care about colours, the whole atmosphere and expression of characters. Sometimes I make stories for each character to show their feelings.”

She often uses acrylic paints and coloured pencils. She also really enjoys finding new materials to create her collages with unusual papers or utilizing various media to make unique textures.
