Tamara Vogrin Tara
Tamara Vogrin Tara is an artist from Slovenia. She has achieved international recognition for her large scale portraits of famous musicians, actors, family and friends.
She has a versatile skillset, having being trained in graphic design, scenography and photography. The creative process behind her large scale, hyperrealistic paintings begins with the artist photographing her models to capture a series of different moments. She has created numerous murals throughout Slovenia and has produced different scenographies for various events.
Vogrin has hosted countless solo exhibitions during her 20-year painting career and is often included in group and theme exhibitions at museums and institutions. Her work is held in many private collections in Slovenia and around the world.
