Helen Huang
Helen Huang is an illustrator and art director based in Los Angeles, California.
Born and raised in China, she moved to the US to earn her master’s degree in advertising. She is a self-taught digital illustrator and works primarily in Adobe Illustrator.
Helen’s beautiful, feminine vector style and colour palette appeals to the mass market while retaining a unique quality.
Helen’s work has appeared in award-winning books, games and product packaging. She worked with Mattel as the character illustrator for Ever After High toy packaging. She has also worked with all the major publishers in children’s literature.
She has illustrated 40 book covers, including the Whatever After Series, a New York Times Bestseller. She also published two picture books and multiple dress-up doll books.
Helen is represented by Lemonade Illustration Agency.
