Nathalie Samson

Nathalie has worked for 20+ years as a designer and illustrator. Over the past few years, she’s been gravitating more and more to illustration. She currently works for Montreal’s major daily French newspaper, an organisation that also publishes books on topics ranging from biographies to hockey, to gardening. 

Nathalie has illustrated many of these titles, while also producing editorial illustrations for the paper. She is “at one” with the technical aspects of her tools, and gets more than most out of software such as the Adobe Suite program, Procreate, Sketch and Draw. She often begins an illustration on her iPad and finishes the art on her “Big Mac.” Nathalie follows a strict gluten-free diet, except for raw cookie dough.
