Odetta A. Fraser

Odetta A. Fraser is an artist who lives in Brooklyn, New York. She has undertaken extensive university studies in forensic psychology and exploring complex cell-like patterns in the world comes easily to her. Odetta’s body of work includes a line of fabric and t-shirt designs. Her works demonstrate the fluidity of self-expression in a kaleidoscope of colours. 

First dabbling in photography by exploring nature and objects through her camera, she was drawn specifically to capturing the stages in the development of flowers. She then familiarized herself with the Adobe suite which she now uses to design and manipulate her photos and illustrations. Her artwork reflects mirrored images to expand the mind into individual and varying directions.

Originally she worked in human services and continues to find it of personal importance to work to help others. She is also a writer and is currently working on a book of poetry focusing on social justice.
