Francisco J. Amaya
It was Panamanian artist Francisco J. Amaya Tay’s kindergarten teacher who first discovered his ability to draw and encouraged his parents to cultivate his creative talent.
So they did, and from a young age Francisco began participating in many drawing contests and experimenting with different art techniques which led him to study visual arts at the Universidad de Panamá.
Francisco can be found creating his dynamic, painterly illustrations primarily using a graphics tablet to create digital art in his distinctive style.
“I describe my work as fantasy realism. With my digital illustrations, I attempt to enhance the natural beauty of the female figure, including cultural aspects of my country as well as elements of flaura and fauna.”
