Ryan Maloney

Author and illustrator Ryan Maloney uses a blend of illustration, typography, character design and animation to help brands tell authentic, memorable, visual stories that instantly connect with their audiences and customers. 

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Ryan resides in New Canaan, Connecticut with his shoe-designing wife and two kids, who often find their way into his picture books. 

Not only is he an author and illustrator of children’s picture books, and he is also the founder of the design and animation company, MediaLuv. The animated music videos he’s directed for Owl City, Fancy, Ariana Grande, Meghan Trainor and Asher Roth have over 20 million views. He has also co-created and collaborated on many brands and product launches, including toy lines sold at Walmart and Target. 

His clients include Garnier, Universal Music Group, Inspiren, McGraw Hill, P&G, and various PR and marketing agencies in New York City.
