Andrew Wedman

The clean work of Andrew Wedman, a Canadian illustrator, results in inspired interpretations of complex subjects. By combining rational thinking with creativity, he finds solutions that inspire his final designs.

Currently based out of Edmonton, Alberta, Andrew primarily uses Adobe Illustrator and a drawing tablet to create his work.

He particularly enjoys creating structure in his illustrations, each part, from the colour palette to the shape of an object, has a purpose that enhances the concept and brings together a stronger composition.

Andrew is inspired by the work of artists such as Owen Daveys, Aleksandar Savic and Roy Lichtenstein. He has been active in the illustration industry for about three years and continues to find creative ways to solve problems for his clients.
