Mark Kuerschner (KidMarkie)
Mark Kuerschner, aka KidMarkie, is an illustrator, designer, and custom car enthusiast.
“I spent a semi-reckless childhood dividing my time between destroying and rebuilding bikes, skateboarding and a lot of drawing. Following stints at several of Adelaide, South Australia’s finest advertising and design studios, good fortune took me to San Francisco, where I co-founded a design studio specialising in the hospitality, toy and video game industries. Today, my influences still include old mechanical and wheeled things, vintage illustration and typography. You’re just as likely to find me under the hood of my 1950 Chevy Fleetline as drawing on my iPad.”
Mark has worked with clients including Disney, Electronic Arts, Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Mattel, UbiSoft and Williams-Sonoma.
